  7.  @clydewillis  Not true. Western private military companies focus on providing security services. I'm sure they wouldn't refuse to provide combat troops as well if the price was right, but their customers aren't receptive to the idea. It doesn't make sense to create another army in addition to one's existing one. If you still do, it's a tacit admission that there's something terribly wrong with your army. Well, that's Russia in a nutshell.
