  1.  @anywaystohighway  Flawed democracy, the verdict on the state of US democracy goes -- if the Democracy Index is to be believed. Diminished popular confidence in the institutions of government and politics is mentioned as the reason. Interestingly, the trend started before Trump won his first presidency, but I fear his "cure" is worse than the disease.
