  1. Don't make stuff up. Our so-called Charter of Fundamental Rights explicitly prohibit discrimination based on race, which means we can't grant or deny residence or citizenship based on race. A US citizen with 100% European ancestry is exactly in the same position as an African with no European roots whatsoever.
