Wishful thinking. Hamas managed a surprise attack against mostly non-combatants. Militarily, Israel has suffered a nick that barely registers. In neutralising Hamas, Israel will suffer casualties, but in the grand scheme of things, they won't be significant -- again, militarily speaking. Previous incursions by the IDF into Gaza were mired in controversy. This one, not so.

@dragongeraldb Eye-rolls are entirely warranted. If your conspiracy theory is true, then it's implied that Netanyahu committed political suicide. He's not going to emerge unscathed from his intelligence blunder. It's either prison or retirement in Boca Raton for Bibi.

@dilonkumar4960 Ashenazis are Jews who migrated to Europe since ancient times. Their DNA is mixed with that of other Europeans. Natural selection may have played a role, too. Europe has a bleaching effect on the human appearance.
