Is it some kind of a coping mechanism, that you scapegoat your current elected leaders for a debacle that was twenty years in the making, engineered by both Democrats and Republicans? No one goes scot-free in this.

I know you Yanks have bipolar disorder when it comes to politics, but it's downright creepy if you believe the whole world is similarly afflicted. Based on what I've written so far, you only know that I think the whole Afghanistan War was one massive disaster that can't be pinned on Biden alone. If your bruised ego needs a band-aid, I can provide one by reiterating that I wrote "no one goes scot-free". Practically the whole world is complicit, since ISAF was UN-mandated despite being NATO-led. We all bet on the wrong horse.
