If I were, it would make zero sense for me to suggest that the UN sends peacekeepers to Nagorno-Karabakh. It's clear that Azerbaijan doesn't want the ethnic Armenians back any time soon. Your logic needs work.

  5. Armenia may have joined the ICC, but it hasn't rescinded its membership in the CSTO and, in the blink of an eye, joined NATO. So, it's hard to justify your claim that Armenia is now a US ally. How is it apparent? A token peacekeeping exercise involving 85 US soldiers doesn't amount to an alliance. To put things further into perspective, Russia maintains a military base in Armenia.
