  3.  @Nickle314  If you're referring to the 2007 Haarlem court decision, that doesn't constitute a crime. An error in judgement, that's for sure, but not a crime -- otherwise he would've been prosecuted for it. Likewise, Trump has had many of his ill-considered decrees overturned on constitutional grounds. He hasn't been impeached for those, nor will he face trial for them.
