  2. I'm sorry if your Indianapolis is unimpressive, but if it helps, I can think of even larger unimpressive places in the US. France 24, like other serious media so far, is unable to verify the Ukrainian claims. That explains the 'Kyiv says' -- it's a standard disclaimer. In other words, they're not rejecting the claims either.
