  1. You're quite the alarmist. Forming a government takes time, especially a coalition government. In the past, your northern neighbours, the Belgians, have taken more than a year to do so. The Fifth Republic should make way for the Sixth, with France adopting a true parliamentary system with proprotional representation. Coalition governments would become the norm.
