  2.  @DOBERMAN715  The EU doesn't have the boots on the ground to deal with the immediate consequences of a pandemic like Covid-19, and why should it? That's what national health and emergency services are for. You're very myopic if you can't see that all EU members -- not just Germany and France -- took their fate into their own hands and dealt with the crisis. You're making up stories.
