  2. For your info, the UNSC just passed a resolution that condemned the Houthi attacks against Red Sea shipping. The resolution passed, because Russia and China abstained. That amounted to their tacit approval of military action against the Houthis. Russia and China are not so naive as to have failed to anticipate these punitive attacks, or they would have used their vetoes faster than you can say Jack Robinson.
