  5.  @diegoflores9237  The OSCE is about Europe, and as it happens, Russia's friends in and around the continent are few and far between. Some self-reflection would reveal why. So, you're saying Russian OSCE observers are deaf, dumb and blind, as in wholly unable to spot electoral fraud and report on it? Their Western counterparts must be highly competent, because Russia doesn't tolerate them in its occupied territories during its sham elections.

  6. By 1783 Spain and Portugal had been colonising the world for centuries. They've decolonised long since. Russia is an extreme laggard in that respect. And a repeat offender.
