  1. Er, the evidence brought to forward by the Dutch investigators is highly technical in nature and makes extensive use of satellite imagery, radar data and the like. Ballistics tests were conducted in Ukraine and Finland with real Buks. You're not helping your cause by trying to dismiss the self-evident. But you're right on one account. No doubt Trump, Putin's minion, would criticise the outcome once in office.

  2. Joshua Paul The Finnish Buks, although replaced because of concerns about Russian tampering, are relatively modern. First you claim that no technical data was taken into consideration. Now it's just data about Ukrainian Buks. If you catch the culprit holding a smoking gun, do all gun-owners need an alibi? Besides, the investigators went through a lot of data that turned out to be irrelevant and therefore, did not go into the report.

  3. Joshua Paul As a matter of fact, I do know. They detonated a Buk warhead to assess the fragmentation pattern. There's little to worry about expiration dates there. And although withdrawn, the Buks in question were serviceable till 2015. Why are you using a misleading handle? You're clearly not a native English-speaker.

  5. Joshua Paul In the West, it's customary to do a thorough investigation and not go off half-cocked, like Russia has done in this case -- not once but twice. How many tries do you need? And what do you mean, JIT not publicising their data. The report is chock-full of it.
