@Cinder_Shoiler I'm referring to intellectual property in general. March this year, Russia allowed its companies and citizens to use inventions, utility models and industrial designs held by owners from “unfriendly countries” without their consent and without compensating them. So, patent theft has now been legalised in Russia.
