@natakhomyakova6996 Try exchanging your roubles for reals. It reminds me of the times when I visited Leningrad. The "unofficial" exchange rate was much preferred to the official one. Now it's the reverse, except the preferred official rate is somehow unavailable.

@natakhomyakova6996 Now I'm starting to think your shortcomings aren't just linguistic in nature, but intellectual as well. It's a fact that the rouble is no longer a freely exchangeable currency. You must be aware of the draconian capital controls imposed by the Kremlin. Therefore, the exchange rate of the rouble is as artificial as it was in Soviet times.
