  2. You're sadly mistaken. Recent polls show that world opinion is stacked against Putin's Russia. Both the EU and the US clearly outscore Russia, with positive views outnumbering negative ones.   3. Anastasis Bbb Being made Time Person of the Year isn't necessarily a glowing endorsement. It just means the person was in the media spotlight. I mean, Hitler got the title in 1938 and Stalin in 1939. Yet press coverage of both was overwhelmingly unfavourable.
