  10. ***** That explains the ADHD that plagues our Russian trolls. Their half-heartedness reminds me of the collapse of  the Soviet Union (which Putin still laments). Afterwards, no one in Russia was a Communist or had ever been one. It was all a big misunderstanding. It makes one wonder why there was such a big fuss about Communism in the 20th century.
