@j377yb33n Putin isn't travelling to the US (or to Russia for that matter, since he's pretty much stuck there already), so it's irrelevant if the US or Russia recognise the jurisdiction of the ICC. It's South Africa's membership that matters here. You might as well lament that Burundi isn't party to the Rome statute. Hey, don't just dabble with whataboutism, go all in!

@j377yb33n Yeah, Russia can't beat Ukraine, so you Krembots have to pretend Russia is taking on a superpower instead. Why whine about US cluster munitions? Russia demonstrably used them on day one of the invasion. Whataboutism works both ways.
