Well, it didn't take long for Russia to admit its retreat north of Bakhmut -- to "regroup" -- when faced with overwhelming evidence. Lying is their first instinct. They just can't help themselves.

Go easy on the copium. Russia has admitted its retreat north of Bakhmut -- a regrouping, they call it euphemistically. Prigozhin isn't quite so diplomatic -- he calls it a rout.

@SPENKER52 The Russian Defense Ministry, is that good enough a source for you? Not only that, there's drone footage of Russian soldiers running away. That lends credence to Prigozhin's claim about a rout.
