@mamabearblue5622 The problem with your biblical truth is that it's also Islamic truth. Christianity builds on Judaism and Islam builds on Christianity. To me, they're all variations on the same theme. Great wisdom that transcends time, but also bits that may have made sense once, but certainly do not now.

@mamabearblue5622 A Jew or a Muslim could very well use similar arguments against you and call you a heretic or infidel. As an outsider, who can't understand your ever-ending squabbles, religious and otherwise, whom should I believe? You know you can't rely on the Bible for "facts" -- it hardly qualifies as an independent source.
