  7.  @nuttywalls8190  Which rules were bent? Orban doubled down on his objections to proceed with the accession talks. He's still blustering about not accepting Ukraine in when it comes to a final vote on membership, but if you look at his record, he's always like that, always giving in in the end. Turkey has been slipping towards autocracy for some time. At this rate, they'll never meet the so-called Copenhagen critera for EU accession.
