Also, courts of justice typically don't prevent crimes. They prosecute the perps -- after the crimes have been committed.

Secondly, you claimed that the ICC was irrelevant. I explained carefully -- in words that I thought you could understand -- how it's very relevant to Putin. Putin can't travel to 123 countries for fear of arrest and extradition to The Hague. What specific charges would you like the ICC to bring against US presidents? I think you're just whatabouting.
