  2. You're not getting it. Out of a 2,000 unemployed -- any group of 2,000 unemployed -- a certain number is bound to find a job in two years' time. The question was, will that number be more or less with among those 2,000 participating in the trial as opposed to 2,000 who're not. That way, you can judge whether the trial is making the unemployed lazier or keener to find a job. It appears they're neither keener nor lazier. Just happier.
