@Samaa-os7hx Aren't you cute. Nowhere did I insinuate that Europe is anything but a geographic region -- a continent, to be exact. The EU earned itself a Nobel Peace Prize. Quite an achievement for "a fascist war driven dictatorship". Has Iraq -- or the Arab Leaque -- ever landed a Nobel Peace Prize? You've seen more than your fair share of dictatorships, so you should've racked up quite a few.

@Samaa-os7hx You dodged my question. Why haven't Arab countries racked up Nobel Peace Prizes, if being a war-driven dictatorship is a prerequisite? For sure, Iraq should have gotten one on account of Saddam and his Kuwait caper.
