  2. You haven't been paying attention. Artillery has featured prominently in the Ukraine War. So much so, that NATO has struggled to supply shells to Ukraine, because NATO isn't that big a fan of artillery. You need to hold your speech at the Kremlin, since it's Russia in particular that relies on artillery.
