  1. Who says it is? Hungary's treatment of its LGBT community is yet another example of Orban flouting the principles that the EU upholds. If it's not one thing, it's another. Say, Putin's Eurasian Union has nothing against homophobia -- rather, they encourage it. So, why doesn't Orban switch Hungary's membership to that one instead? Putin doesn't mind corruption. A free press, no need to keep up appearances. Democracy, yech! Seems like a match made in heaven...
