  1. So you really like Scandinavia's Saamis. I like them, too, them being the only officially recognised indigenous people in Europe. Plus some in Russian Europe, but I suppose they don't really identify as Europeans. Where do you plan to go, by the way?

  3.  @IrishLadASMR  The Netherlands has suddenly developed a soft spot for farmers. It's as if it's back to being an agrarian society once more. The newly-formed Farmer-Citizen Movement just won the provincial elections in spectacular style (by Dutch standards, that is). Protest votes that bring political noobs to the fore. The country has seen it all before, but it is somehow unable to effect true political change.

  4.  @chinaiscommittinggenocidei4924  Only the Saamis enjoy official recognition as an indigenous people on the European continent (excluding Russia). 'Indigenous' means the people in question were the first inhabitants of a certain region and have retained unique characteristics of their early culture.
