  5.  @АлексейКоба-е7б  Ukraine propaganda? You're challenging the credibility of Russia's finance ministry. The ministry reported a 47% year-on-year drop for the first half of 2023. Russia is dipping into its reserves to keep the economy afloat. You don't have to be an economist to understand that it's not a sustainable proposition. Russia is slowly but surely going bankrupt.
