@ecrivailleries You're oh-so right there. Ukraine easily bests Russia in the official Corruption Perceptions Index. Distancing itself from Russia helps Ukraine tremendously, because Russia's rampant corruption is infectious.

@Ворон-р8л Let's see... Russia is in 137th place in the Corruption Perceptions Index (a lower ranking means more corrupt), while Ukraine is in 126th place.

@BeeGeeMan Did you fail arithmetic in primary school? Ukraine does better than Russia, by 11 rungs. It seems you didn't pay much attention in English class either. Grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalisation -- it's all a shambles.
