  2. That conflicts with a mid-2014 GlobeScan/PIPA poll that suggests 67% of Germans view Russia negatively vs. 21% holding a positive view. Elsewhere in Europe, the trend is very similar. It's safe to conclude that Russia's popularity is going from bad to worse.
