  2. Shanghai Noon Why bring up Amurica? I actually hail from a small country, so do we have a small quota, but a quota nonetheless, for territorial mischief? Will I win in court if my neighbour accuses me of moving the fence and I argue that China started it?

  3. Shanghai Noon Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not aware of the USA making any territorial claims in the South China Sea dispute. If you must know, I would prefer UN arbitration to US arbitration, but neither is acceptable to China. China prefers to divide and conquer, it seems. I don't know if it was your intention, but you're basically claiming that China is entitled to more "Lebensraum". I wouldn't go there if I were you.
