@pratiktare6240 I won't blame you if you're unfamiliar with the appropriate terminology. After all, you're new at this. Development aid aims to help locals to develop themselves and their country. The name says it all. No worries, you'll get the hang of it when you get busy.

@pratiktare6240 That's still investment. Investors most definitely expect a return on investment, as in money. In development aid, there's no expectation of a monetary reward. It's all goodwill. By the way, you don't need to educate me about investments. I'm an investor and advisor to the boards of the startups I invest in. In a previous life, I worked in development aid in Africa, side by side with locals, building dispensaries and roads. We predominantly used contractors of Indian extraction -- because they could get the job done -- but it was us who footed the bill.
