  1. It could be argued Fascism is rising in Turkey, with Erdogan's authoritarianism in overdrive after the attempted coup. Yes, Fascists are making a play for power in Europe, but Erdogan has succeeded where they're still trying.

  2. +kicsimoe I'm not claiming that Europe's right-wing populist parties are Fascist per se, but what's clear is that they have Fascists -- closeted and not-so-closeted ones -- in their member and support bases. The party leaders aren't oblivious to the fact. I guess you haven't been following the developments in Poland and Hungary pertaining to freedom of the press. Russia, too, is in Europe.
