  2.  @olzt100  I bet you define competition as "thwarting" ;-) Lenders can impose whatever conditions they see fit. With more lenders coming onboard, borrowers have more options. If you were politically neutral, you'd be happy for them. Instead, your unhappiness suggests you're biased towards China. If becoming more like 'the West' means having a free market economy, guaranteeing democracy, rule of law and human rights, the EU is right to set conditions.
