  1. A fanciful theory you've got there. Trump cut a deal with Taliban that settled the US troop withdrawal. All Biden did was not reverse Trump's decision. Moreover, China's business prospects in Afghanistan haven't exactly improved with the Taliban take-over. I guess the Chinese will have to re-bribe Afghanistan's leaders, this time Talibans, to re-secure their already existing mineral rights. Then, hope and pray that the Taliban can keep the country secure enough to make exploitation possible.
