  1. Amusingly, you're forgetting that the Baltic countries are in the EU. At the table, voting, and sometimes vetoing, too. And what matters more than the EU as a whole is what electricity providers Finland, Sweden and Poland do. All get on like a house on fire, so no worries. It's not like Finland, Sweden and Poland are anything like Russia, or for that matter, like the Soviet Union.
