  2. And this will be the post-war Russian narrative. Russia could have beaten Ukraine, but it magnanimously decided to spare the Ukrainians further hardship. All Russia wanted to do was treat Ukraine to a friendly bear hug. The West are a bunch of nastards for not appreciating what a friendly neighbour Russia truly is.

  4. Just out of interest, is Russia going to try the dead reservists who foolishly used their mobile phones, giving away their position to the Ukrainians? Are we going to see re-enactments of the infamous Cadaver Synod of 897, a trial conducted by Pope Stephen VI against his deceased predecessor, Pope Formosus? They say the latter's propped-up corpse looked gruesome, but I don't even want to speculate about the condition of the corpses of the dead Russian reservists.
