@Nick_S0 Another clue is that the Russian army didn't lift a finger to stop Wagner from marching on Moscow. Putin must've been livid. And now the heads are rolling.

As youngsters, we used to go to a landfill to shoot rats with a .22 revolver. The rats soon got wise to us. Amazingly, they started attacking us. That's what we're dealing with here. Putin feels increasingly cornered and lashes out at everyone and anyone. After Ukraine and, now, his own generals, NATO may be up next.

@christianevanherck6023 If you believe that Prigozhin spoke those words in earnest, the two of you are guilty of the same naivety that made Putin think that the Ukrainians would welcome his troops with flowers. Had Prigozhin and his Wagnerites spearheaded the invasion in February 2022, the public wouldn't have waved them on, like in Rostov, but showered them with Molotov cocktails.
