  3.  @Wolfvain-qs5su  Duh, you need to arm yourself to exercise your inherent right to self-defence. It's in fully compliance with the UN Charter. And which part of NATO's Article 5 don't you understand? Should Russia attack Estonia, it will meet the full force of NATO. I told you already, read up on NATO.

  5.  @Wolfvain-qs5su  Oh, NATO is all about you, isn't it? If you refuse to do your duty and fight, the whole of NATO won't either? NATO stands or falls with Article 5, but it doesn't fall because of your personal dereliction of duty. Perhaps your military is in such a sad state because your egotistic mindset has permeated it. Luckily Estonia is better off. I sense jealousy.

  6. Estonia had excellent foresight, ever since the 2008 Russo-Georgian War. It sent Estonia's alarm bells ringing, while Western Europe pooh-poohed the war and even sought to curry favour with Putin. That backfired spectacularly, with Putin thinking he could get away with murder. If any country has a clean conscience, it's Estonia.

  7.  @lyudmilakutsenko7045  "The West lost 2WW very quickly"? What nonsense is that and which "West" might have been concerned? Without material aid from the *Western *Allies, the (Western?) Germans would've brushed aside the Red Army and joined up with Japan in China. Top Soviet military leaders like Zhukov readily admitted the absolute necessity of Lend Lease, and Stalin himself lamented not having military leaders of the same caliber as Patton, whose rapid advance across France turned the dictator into a fan. I see Soviet-style historical revisionism is alive and well.

  9.  @EdgarOchoaPalma  Where's your proof? At last count 141 countries saw Russia as the bully, with only 4 countries, in addition to Russia, holding the opposite view. Russia will eventually sue for peace, and while the peace terms won't be to its liking -- especially the hefty war reparations payable to Ukraine -- Russia will agree to the terms. We'll call it a Russian defeat all right.
