  4.  @Corazon-y5k  Russia is a centralised autocracy that, as such, will never democratise. I believe the Western regions will, but only if they manage to break free and become separate entities. Who says we would break up Russia? That's your job. No one in their right mind wants to come and die in your endless ethnic conflicts.

The beauty of it all is that Russia will face just as unified a front as before. Russia indivisible? Russia is past due for decolonisation.
