  14. France is entirely within its rights to supply arms to Ukraine, which fell victim to Russian military aggression, which has been overwhelmingly condemned at the UNGA. Not only that, Russia broke the UN Charter, while France, as a permanent UNSC member, is responsible for upholding it. And if Russia doesn't want its young men killed, it can simply withdraw them from Ukraine.
