@Foxtrottangoabc Turkey has plans all right, but their indigenous tank programme is hampered by German and French arms embargoes. The tank, the Altay, still lacks a suitable powerpack and armour -- two rather critical components as far as tanks go. They've now turned to South Korea, but the Koreans are licensing German technology as well.
