Yuri-uy5mu A Russian Tochka missile fitted with a cluster munition warhead came down near a hospital in Vuvledar on Feb 24, 2022. That was the very first day of the invasion. Now you're trying to put the genie back in the bottle.

@RayBetterThanEvilCanival Good point. Finland donated 6 mine-clearing Leopard 2s to Ukraine. 3 were lost in one go. Mine-clearing vehicles alone are not the answer.

@chrisjoseph6466 What makes you think the NATO signatories haven't destroyed their stockpiles? They would not be in compliance had they failed to do so.

@chrisjoseph6466 Ukraine hasn't signed up to the Convention on Cluster Munitions and neither has the US. If Ukraine wants to use them on its own soil to throw back an invader, they're perfectly within their rights. The rest of NATO has no legal grounds to contest the decision, period.

Simple, to send the Orcs packing. But true enough, the arms industry should send Putin a gift basket. And a second one for sounding the death knell for the once-lucrative Russian arms industry.
