  3. The EU could've staved off energy shortages and food insecurity only by letting Putler stomp all over Ukraine, as he intended to. There's not a single recorded incident of Ukraine wantonly shelling its citizens in the Donbas. Why perpetuate a myth? Even Russia's OSCE observers failed to report anything to that effect.
