  2. Russia can barely hold its own in Ukraine. Why do you think its gravely depleted armed forces are of any help to North Korea? North Korea has enough cannon fodder of its own. It's high-tech weapons technology that North Korea wants.

  3. The concern here is North Korea holding the world hostage with nuclear weapons and Russia switching sides in that respect. Russia used to condemn North Korea's nuclear shenanigans in no uncertain terms, just like the rest of the world, but I guess that in present circumstances, beggars can't be chosers, so Russia needed to lower its morals quite a bit. Besides, Russia is increasingly clutching at the same straw, its nuclear arsenal. It's not like Pootie-Poot has more trump cards left.

  5. The UN Charter is very clear about countries having the right to defend themselves, which is exactly what Ukraine is doing. The UN Charter is equally clear about the illegality of wars of aggression, as waged by Russia in Ukraine. Spot the difference? Can you extrapolate from there that fuelling a war of aggression is both immoral and illegal, whereas helping a country to defend itself is the exact opposite? It's these malfunctions in your moral compass that persuade me that India is not fit for permanent membership of the UNSC.
