  3. If Putin doesn't come to this senses and still refuses to withdraw from Ukraine, NATO should start to train the Ukrainians in winter warfare. NATO's newest member, Finland, excels at it. The Russians are surprisingly bad at it.

  5. Russia prides itself with its partisans, especially those that served in the 'Great Patriotic War'. It's fitting that their very own partisans have now made a comeback. I wonder if these particular ones will proudly march in future military parades in post-Putin Russia.
