Say, do you think Putin is going to travel when Brazil stages a BRICS summit? Or will he Zoom in like in Johannesburg? Lula didn't bother to attend the summit in Kazan. And Saudi Arabia's "joining" BRICS, which Russia prematurely applauded with great fanfare, is too hilarious for words.
