  3.  @blankstatement1  The German company BioNTech developed the vaccine, and partnered for support with clinical trials, logistics and manufacturing with Pfizer. In Johnson & Johnson's case, it was a Dutch daughter company of a Belgian subsidiary called Janssen that developed the vaccine. I know them well -- they used to be a customer of mine. Say, when you drive a Chrysler, do you say that you're driving a Dutch car?

That should settle the question. It goes without saying that a small company relies on whatever resources their multinational partner or parent has at their disposal. Corona is a pandemic, so all manufacturing capabilities should be put to use, regardless of where they're located. You didn't answer my question. Is a Chrysler (or a Dodge or a Jeep) a Dutch car?
