  3.  @xman1533  As a signatory to the Rome Statute, South Africa is obligated to arrest Putin upon arrival. There won't be an ICC task force waiting for him -- unless South Africa wants to form one from its own police force.

  4.  @noahway13  I don't think Putin would -- or could -- fly over Germany. It's hilarious to watch on Flightradar how Russia's Nordwind Airlines' B-777s from Moscow first fly north to the Arctic Ocean, skirt Scandinavia and then gradually turn south to fly to Cuba.
