@catthegipsy25 Mali and Kazakhstan haven't applied for NATO membership. NATO expands by popular consensus. Russia has to use force instead.

@applepie58 Yup, you and your fellow Putin fanboys think so. Or are paid to say so.

Since you're such a stickler for abiding to agreements, don't keep mum about Russia breaking the Budapest Memorandum, in which Russia agreed to respect Ukrainian territorial integrity. Canada is free to join Putin's recently dusted-off CSTO and invite the Russian military in, like Kazakhstan just did. Likewise, Mexico could enter into a military alliance with China. However, both are loath to do so. NATO has the reverse problem.

It's OK to talk. Besides, the US has to keep its NATO partners happy or they'll start looking at alternative security arrangements.

@crazychinese7315 It's the German authorities who've been delaying it. BTW, Germany is the name of the country. German is the demonym.

@crazychinese7315 Fair enough, but there are other things at play that you don't understand either. Russia can deliver all the gas that Germany needs without Nordstream 2, but it chooses not to, as part of an effort to extort Germany into opening the pipeline.

@sergueileonardoafonin7950 Bought off or destroyed? You're delusional. Try backing that up with examples. NATO has prospective members queuing up. For Russia's fan club, the reverse is true. Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus and now Kazakhstan. If the people get their way, they're gone in a jiffy. EU membership for Ukraine is not even on the table yet. Facts, please -- no silly demagoguery.

Kazakh independence has been revoked? Where, when?

@crazychinese7315 You're making precious little sense.

@crazychinese7315 As I said, you make no sense. Higher gas prices lead to inflation, inflation leads to higher labour costs, higher labour costs mean Germany's exports suffer. Do you understand how a modern economy works?

@AlexRa911 I think you mistook YouTube for VK.
